Mandarin Finance works with the key players in the development finance sector such as small and large house builders, quantity surveyors, planning consultants and architects. 

We arrange finance for investors and developers who wish to purchase land with outline or full planning permission, with the prospect of developing the site or selling on the site for profit.  

Lenders will consider most types of land as well as development proposals which are either speculative in nature or have pre-sold / pre-let property.

Typical loan-to-value (LTV) ratios for the purchase of the site are between 50% and 75%, with a potentially higher LTV for the subsequent development of the site (including interest roll-up).
